Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hf Botanics. We take pride in the quality of our cosmetics products and want to ensure your satisfaction. Below, you will find our policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read it carefully to understand how we handle these processes.

Returns

You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that certain goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Process for Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to same address mentioned on parcel.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (Vouchers for Next Purchase)

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund in the form of a voucher for your next purchase. The voucher will be equal to the amount of your original purchase, minus any shipping costs incurred during the return process. You will receive the voucher via email or direct mail, depending on your preference.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, Call us for details.
